The challenge

Start with the workflow.

An AI feature is useful only when it knows its role, has the right context and can hand work back to a person. Estimates must not quietly become verified business data.

Integrate assistants and review tools with a defined job: explain shipping, guide partner onboarding, suggest missing product dimensions or help structure parcel input.

The implementation

What was built.

Assistant workflow design, interface and tool integration, usage controls and acceptance boundaries across the owned products.

Product decisions

The details that matter.

Label uncertainty

Show whether a proposal comes from a supported source or an AI estimate.

Control cost and scope

Paid-plan product batches and per-store usage limits define how much work runs.

Keep approval meaningful

Accepting a proposed product value is an explicit merchant action, individually or in a batch.

Evidence, not invented results

What can be demonstrated.

Public assistant interfaces and the English assisted-input screen have been inspected.
Product-data records document individual and bulk review, usage limits and a small controlled inference test.
The camera and source-lookup tools are presented as assisted prototypes where that is their verified state.
Project boundaries

No accuracy percentage, universal source coverage or unrestricted autonomous operation is claimed. Manolis has an observed admin entry; its end-to-end behaviour was not re-tested for this portfolio.

Evidence reviewed for this portfolio in October 2026. Live services may change after capture.
