The challenge

Start with the workflow.

A forgotten item involves three parties: the guest, the property and the courier. Scattered emails make it easy to lose track of the parcel, the payment or the handover.

Give each party a clear next step. The property supplies item and collection details; the guest pays online; the property receives the label for the courier handover.

The implementation

What was built.

Journey design, public interface implementation and property-linked web-app workflows within the owned shipping platform.

  • Lost-property shipping form for reception teams
  • Property-linked QR guest pages
  • Reception kiosk interface
  • Hotel partner workspace and property settings
  • Guest payment request and label delivery flow
  • Customer return-pickup portal

Product decisions

The details that matter.

Separate the parties

A guest payment and a property collection address are different roles in the same workflow.

Short entry points

Property-linked QR and kiosk routes reduce the need to repeat reception details.

Make the next action clear

Payment, label readiness and handover are separate states rather than a single ambiguous confirmation.

Evidence, not invented results

What can be demonstrated.

The English Lost & Found page is live and was captured without guest information.
Source records contain dedicated QR guest, reception kiosk and partner-property interfaces.
The return-pickup portal has a separate verification record for limited customer access.
Project boundaries

This case describes the implemented product journey. AI-assisted parcel measurements are estimates; actual packed dimensions and carrier acceptance still need confirmation.

Evidence reviewed for this portfolio in October 2026. Live services may change after capture.
